Joe Paletti is an estimator for Mander Collision and Glass. Joe joined the Mander team in 2006, and has over 36 years of experience in the industry.
He has previously worked as a body shop manager, service manager, insurance adjuster and adjuster supervisor.
His responsibility is to follow claims from start to finish, identifying and ordering parts, tracking quality control, taking photos, uploading estimates, notifying insurance companies, arranging for loaner cars, completing paperwork, scheduling and then assuring the cleanliness of the vehicle and road testing it.
